Egads!! I forgot to mention that you need to double this measurement for 1. In other words my doll is 22 cm from shoulder to ankle, so the piece of fabric should be 44cm plus 1cm for hem allowance, therefore total fabric length should be 45 cms!!
Amazing how little info you can get into the photo!! Also need to add, measure the doll from mid back to shoulder joint, then add on 1cm for seam allowances. In this instance of a 27cm Obitsu doll, the first measurement was 4cm, so the total width of this piece of fabric is 5cm!!

About the mid-back to shoulder measurement. I think we have the same obitsu body type. 27cm as well. But how do you measure exactly? I try to start from the back of the neck to the shoulder joint and I only get 2cm. So just wanted to make sure
